  • Our program is designed to be inclusive and accessible to all. We believe that everyone has a role to play and can benefit from the experience, regardless of their climbing ability. We work with participants to ensure that everyone is comfortable and challenged at their own level.

  • Not all participants will be required to climb. There are multiple roles that participants will take on during the program that do not involve climbing, such as supporting and cheering on other team members. The program is designed to be inclusive and provide benefits for all participants, regardless of their physical abilities.

  • Absolutely, we partner with certified climbing instructors and outdoor guides to facilitate the rock climbing portion of our program. Our team is highly experienced and committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

 

  • All necessary gear will be provided. We use high-quality climbing equipment work with certified and highly experienced guides to and ensure that our participants have a safe and enjoyable experience. All you need to bring is comfortable workout clothes and shoes.

  • At WildVenture, we are committed to environmental stewardship and believe in the importance of protecting and preserving our natural world. Here's how we contribute to environmental sustainability:

  • Yes, the program can also be conducted indoors in a climbing gym. We will work with you to select a location that best suits your needs and preferences.

  • Leadership Ascent differs from traditional team-building events such as high ropes courses in that we provide a customized program specifically tailored to each client's leadership needs. We use rock climbing as an experiential learning tool to hone in on different leadership concepts. In addition, we provide executive coaching to participants to help them step into their full potential. Our approach is focused on creating lasting change and growth for each participant, rather than simply providing a fun team-building activity.
